lol yeah, ive seen it countless times but only played it once...
lots of fun. but fairly challenging, i like the idea of the initial D card.. where you can save your car onto it with all the mods that you have done to it.
dunno if ill bother waisting my money on it tho,
the cash is being saved for the 18RG!!!!!!!!

I've seen the one at Market City, but it's usually full of people, so I just hit it up on Battle Gear... hehe... similar to Initial D, kinda.

no its not the same as playstation
this game is hard and very expensive i blew over 100 dollars on it,
i had to not play no more its very addictive
intial d 2 is coming out on arcade soon too with new cars n tracks
ehmm the arcade version coming to ps2 soon
i warn u now don't play it unless ur rich or want experience from one game don't get hooked or u waste a lot of money like me

If you can get it can you direct me to who would sell it, and is it dubbed in english???
Or is it only sold in japan and only in japanese??

yer i hav 3 mates who go to our local bowling alley to play this game, take their cards with them and heaps of cash.  they have all spent like $100 each on this game in 2 weeks. 
must be something special

i've watched people play this game.... and yes, they blew heaps of money on it
i think the addictive part about it, is that you can modify your car...
the driving dymamics appear a little unrealistic though.. i have not seen anyone spin out and slow down when hitting walls

This game is not too bad. Problem is YOU don't modify the car as such, you just get enough 'Battle Points' and the computer makes the mods for you. I just can't wait for the rice spoilers.
Now when it comes to sideways action, Scud Race is the one and the only.

Yeah its a great game i play it alot , once your hooked your hooked.
You can modify your car , once you get past the "computer" mods then you can choose how you modify your car. its probably the best arcade game out there its heaps better then battle gear
