Hello, I was wondering if anyone could belp me. I dont know very much about car alarm systems and was looking to install one in my car. What are good brands or systems and what should I be looking for in one, sorry if it seems like a silly question.

Some of the cheaper ones will overheat on a 40+ day. Probably a good idea to check the operational temp rating.
I have had two alarms/immobilisers that did this. It really sucke waiting around in a car park for half an hour with the doors open, trying to get the alarm cool enough to disarm it.

Ive never had a problem with vision.
Just get one with auto arming, ultra sonics, battery back up siren, and at least 2 way immobilisation.
Standard issue on most good alarms!
