what sort of POD? if its a small cone type then its the wrong one - i have a pod on my CE 2000 model - and its fine

the oval one with the adaptor is the only one that will work with the airflow meter. if you put a normal cone type on it won't run at all well!
reason being is the lancer expects a flat air response or something as opposed to the cone types swirling air flow....can read more about it at http://www.rpw.com.au
