Supercharger vent VSV??? Mon, 17 February 2003 02:41 Go to next message
Has anyone noticed any downsides or effects of removing the supercharger vent VSV? Is it correct that it is used to equalise pressure on either side of the bearing seals???

If you have removed it how have you plumbed up the vent hoses/

Cheers

Freak i removed mine when i was s/c..
after i read up some info off a site they 'claimed' boost can be lost through the s/c vent. (sorry ages ago, wouldnt have a clue what the link is, i think it was a UK site)... there are no side effects by doing this.
just join all three pipes together... dont plug em...
