runs out of spark why?

whats happening on the dyno is that the car revs and then at any random rpm it runs out of spark as in its like the spark pugs just shut off then come straight back on pretty quickly but that could cause all sorts of problems if not fixed... does anyone know why it would do this?
I have an aftermarket computer,
the motor is completly brand new (everything) i have no idea my hands are up in the air plz help i wanna get this car on the road its been 5 1/2 months this weekend with out my car.

Only a few things i can think of.
1. The ignitor (coil switching transistor) is on its way out.
2. The ECU itself has problems.
3. Dirty wirning conenctions.
4. Ignition coil/s on the way out.
The only real way to test these things is by borrowing a replacment part and testing each by trial and error.

cheers i think i know the problem, imm pretty sure its the selideied wiring in the ems that has been cut and that is appaently creating the noise in the ecu causing it to run out of spark.... i rang ems smart guys..... but i have to do the wiring again bugger more money and time shiiiiiiiit
