 WTB: Supra or GT4 Have Money!

Hey guys. As some of you might already know, I am really wanting to buy a Supra. I am also interested in looking at a GT4, but you will have to do some pretty decent convincing to change my mind from a Supra to a GT4.
I have the money now, and am wanting to spend it. Looking at spending no more than $11800. Wanting to get a turbo model, preferably the twin turbo, but I know these are really rare. Also would rather a targa top or with a sunroof. Manual is a must.
