Wheel Spacers

Ive got a set of wheels for my ta22 15x6.5 fronts and 15x7s rear.. the problem is the fronts rub on the struts even though they dont have tyres on them, is there a way i can get spacers put in or some other kind of method to make some space, really need some help otherwise i may have to sell em 
any suggestions would be much appreciated
