Fusion 1000W amp and Kicker 12" sub

I have a Fusion 4 X 125 watt amp, can be bridged into 2 X 500 watts. Very powerful, has high and low pass filters. Model is FP4 1000.
Is around 12 months old but wasn't used that much.... Only 2 channels have ever been used on this thing. Some scratches and stuff but otherwise works fine.
12 inch Kicker sub in LARGE custom sealed box. Box was designed to fit between the strut towers of a ST162 Celica very snuggly... ie use a crow bar to get it out. I made the box my self and it hasn't been upholstered yet. Wouldn't look too bad if someone was to do this.
Amp is worth $559 new acording to Doran Pro Audio website. (I bought it from them)
If you would like to purchase these items I'm looking for about $400 for the package, but am willing to seprate them if necessary.
Can get pictures of them if people would like.
