Mon, 05 September 2005 05:12 I just got off the phone to the local police station re incident number (i just wrote my car off on saturday night, not happy ). Anyway, the said that the insurance company can ask for any information relation to the crash from their customers, HOWEVER its up to them what information to disclose and the police will clarify. But the insurance company CANNOT gain access to the info from the incident because it breaches the privacy policy or sumthing. Im not sure what this means, but i did give them my version of what happened and i'll let youse no how it goes. Just thought i'd let you no.
