Nark Forums Junkie Location: Cabramatta, NSW Registered: May 2002	Important: How to set your Avatar Wed, 15 May 2002 01:44 Hi guys, Since everyone is submitting avatars, I just thought I'd post this up to prevent me answering the same questions over and over again. There are two types of avatars, pics that you submit to us and ones hosted on other servers (you give us a URL). Your avatar can be set/changed in your profile. The link to your profile is at the top of the page. Your image is not you avatar. They are two different things, do not put your avatar URL into the image field. Avatars are limited to a size of 140x100. Avatar filesizes are limited to 10kB. We will not allow animated GIFs as avatars. We feel that they are too distracting. All avatars must be approved manually so there may be a delay between the time you set/change your avatar until you can see it on the forums.
