costs of conversion

I know someone posted a thread like this just a few days ago, but I'm after costs of this specific conversion, or any common costs....
all I can think of is:
MA61 : $???
1JZ-GTE front cut (any help on what type?) $2500
consumables $150
engineers certificate $500 (?)
exhaust $850 (?)
extras $1000
plus a few cases of beer for anyone who's gonna help me get this thing in  I've allowed a lot of extras for things like the steel for the engine mounts, possibly an air pod .. etc etc
