Vibration at 110kms/hr

I didn't have a vibration before the conversion, now I do. Also whenever I go over a small bump it is clunking.
From the feel (and noise) its coming from the back left hand side of the car.
Its like clockwork, only at and over 110kms/hr. Doesn't matter if the car is in 5th or neutral.
I had my intake pipe done this morning (shiny!), and got them to check my exhaust at the same time, they extended a mount or something or another, but it didn't make a lick of difference, so I'm pretty sure its not exhaust.
I'll have a good look at my rear left wheel tonight, and maybe check the bolts from tailshaft to diff. Don't know what it would be on that wheel as I havn't taken it off or anything (closest I got was the tailshaft).
What could it be?
What else should I check?
I might take the wheel off and have a look at the bits behind it. Or just jack the wheel off the ground and see if I can wobble it by hand.
