 3.9 vs 4.1 vs 4.3 diffs

I may have access to any one of these diffs in the near future, I'm having trouble trying to decide what I want to do.
I've got a 1981 Toyota Celica XX 2000G. It came with a 3.9 open T-series diff. I'm putting a 1GGTE and W58 into it soon.
The first I may have access to is a 3.9 LSD F-series from an Aus-Spec Mk2. This wouldn't require any speedo modification.
I may have access to a 4.1 LSD F-series from an auto Aus-Spec Mk2 which I originally thought would be a better match to the 1GGTE being such a revvy engine.
Just recently I have found out I may have access to a 4.3 LSD F-series from a Celica XX 2000GT that had a 1GGEU. Now the person who told me about it believe this would be a good match and considering the cars are similar characteristic wise he may be right.
I drive a fair bit each week, but generally when I've reached a steady speed and there aren't any hills I put it into 5th.
The W58 does have the taller 5th gear, so would I expect any worse on cruise than the Celica currently gives?
Will my fuel economy suffer badly?
Will it make much improvement to acceleration?
I want an LSD, so which one would be better suited? Fire away peoples...
