Which turbo for 4AGTE

Hi,
First post here but surely not the last....
I've got a AE82 Twin Cam Hatch that I am planning a 4AGTE for using the std MAP 4AGZE. I will be using aftermarket computer, steam pipe manifold, i/cooler etc. It needs to be faster than my previous Turbo Swift....  . I think if I have somewhere between 200-250HP at the front wheels I will be happy.
The thing that I am most worried about is the turbo. The car will be driven most days to work and all up will be driven more than your typical fast street car. I really want a turbo that will be making substantial boost by about 3000rpm.
I originally thought of using a T28 off a S14 or S15, but upon thinking of the power that I want, it may not be big enough. Then I looked at the CT26 (I know there are lots of variations, I'm really unsure which is best suited), but after reading one of the posts on here I don't really like the sound of the boost curve. I have really started to think about spending more cash on the turbo and am thinking of the GT series Garrett (or if a large wad of cash falls my way, the new HKS series). I know these are expensive, but I am willing to pay the money if it gets the turbo I want. I assume the GT Garretts will boost up early and have the top end I need for the power I want.
So....Now that you know what I want, what do you pro's suggest??
I especially want any feedback from people that have used these turbos...like
- Where does it start producing boost (like over 1psi)
- Where does it start make substantial boost (like over 6psi)
- Where does it run out of puff
- What kind of power are you making
