Rear Disk Brake Conversion - Hilux

I am wondering if you guys could shed some information on which toyota i would find rear disk with a hand brake cable which pulls in to the centre - i have looked the supra in the RA60 shape but this is a bit small
i want to run disks on the back of a hilux - i am also thinking of a full float rear end
so really i need the largest disk with internal drum hand brake from factory
or does any australian spec toyota have a hand brake built into the disk caliper - the us MKI supra did ours dont (run drum inside the disk)
