hey guys
i recently lowered my ae82 onto a set of 16 by 7 inch rims with 205 40 series tyres. i well known tyre company in tempe (hint hint) did the deed using pedders springs (2 inches lower) now even after being assured that it would NOT scrub, well it does!!! anwyay after much talking with specialists and beig told many different things i am gonna replace the shocks. The wheels are rubbing inside the guard and i feel it is due to the pedders springs being softer then the other springs also the fact the the shocks are sitting two incehs lower then they should be.i need to be able to carry 4 people without to much hassle. the actual ride hight of the car isn't to bad as it can get in and out of car parks fine, it is just goeing around a corner or going over a bumb.
so i was wondering if anyone knew what sort of shock would fit an ae82 with two inch lower pedders springs and will it even help with the scrubbing. obviosuly the shock would have tobe reasonably hard. Also where abouts i could get them and what sort of money i would be looking at just for the shocks.

thanks guys any help would be much appreciated.

p.s
you may think why lower the thing so much in the first place well i was assuered that it would not rub i have seem a few rollas around here with 17s heaps lower then mine aslo a mate has a 89 rolla with ther same sized wheels and his is heaps lower, the back wheel has dissapeared under the gaurd and no rubbing so i thought.....
