Hi all.
I need some help for a friend of mine, and this is a bit of a shot in the dark. He has an MA61 Supra and the standard 5M-E engine has been turfed for a 5M-GE. This is the problem:
"but it will only crank and not fire. Need to check all the earth's and connections and then a couple of other things. The main thing is I have fuel pressure, so I know the COR is working. I also have spark at the plugs, so I know the distributor is getting a signal"
So, I'm thinking some sort of sensor problem or a stuffed earth somewhere.
What could cause it to crank but not fire, if there is spark at the plugs and fuel in the rail ?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
