Sun, 31 August 2003 13:30 Hi Guys, Im thinking of putting a 4a-ge in my mums ae82 4a-c corolla automatic:) Fitting the engine seems pretty straight forward, the only thing im wondering is, the 4ac ring gear is 6 bolt, and the 4a-ge flywheel is 8 bolt. Any ideas of a ring gear which will bolt up to the 4age crank and to the 4ac auto torque convertor? or should i have one made? other than that, can anyone see any other probs with this conversion? actually the kick down cable might be a prob too, any ideas of a throttle body which will bolt on and accomodate the kick down cable? any advice is appreciated. regards Adam N.
