Door handle/Lock cylinder problems on an RA28 celica

Hey guys, the passenger side door on my RA28 Celica has a few problems. The door handle and lock cylinder are not attached to the door! They both work, but are not securely attached. Is it a bracket or something that holds these pieces in place? I need that bracket or whatever it is! Also, how do I get the inner metal off the door, which is behind the door skin, to get to that area? (If that made sense).
