RA28 Forums Junkie Registered: May 2002	1ggte thermostat Sat, 27 July 2002 10:43 Hi all. I just fired up my 1GGTE (thanks for your help Stew!!)in my celica but the thermostat doesn't seem to be working properly. I haven't hooked up the temp guage yet so I don't know how hot it's getting but it seems to be getting hot and the thermostat isn't opening. I followd stews advice and threw it in a pot on the stove and it opened but the water was almost bioling when t did. It shouldn't have to get that hot should it? Well if it is stuffed, is there any toyota's with the same thermostat?? Thanks, Tim. PS damn the engine sounds cool... [Report message to a moderator]
