I had once been involved in some research and my brother was in a big hit. Everything is fine, until the s..t hits the fan. Incidentally, my brothers hit was in a KE20, drivers side impact that folded the car around him. Seat belt (original) looked in good condition before the accident, no fraying etc - the lower stitching snapped and his face impacted the windscreen. So my experience is that if you still have the original seat belts in your KE20/30 etc - get new or newer ones for them. [Report message to a moderator]
