i believe the KE70 floorpan is almost identical to the AE86 floorpan (ie AE70/71 = AE86)
KE30 totally differnt front chassis rails. the KE70 are wider apart, and splay outwards toward the front. the KE30 are thinner and parallel.
for my money, go the KE/AE70..
main reasons?? wider track (although marginal) and...
RACK AND PINION 
having great steerign will make the world of difference when you ae going fast.
