SV21 auto to manual conversion.

My car has now done 202,000 kms and the auto box is on the way out. When it does go, would the best option be:
A) Get the auto trans replaced
B) Try and sell the car before it goes compleatley
C)Convert it to a 5-speed manual
I don't think i would have the skills and expertise to do it myself, so i would have to get it done, does anyone know a place that would do it.
How would it work out cost-wise?
