shinybluesteel Forums Junkie I supported Toymods Location: melbourne Registered: June 2002	quick one - brace from block to inlet manifold on smallport 4AGE Tue, 30 March 2004 07:19 in accordance with the topic have: one 100kw 4AGE one broken bolt that used to hold the bent piece of pipe onto the inlet manifold, the other end being bolted to the engine block. i assume this is some sort of brace to stop the manifold snapping off at the runners? more likely some anti vibration thing. in any case i have now taken it off (the engine ) should i bother removing the bolt and puting the brace back on? or just leave it off and write it down as weight reduction. the engine isn't in my car, so access to bits are no problem.
