ra23celica Forums Junkie Registered: November 2002	Help Needed No. 3 Timing Cover Cracked Tue, 27 April 2004 15:47 This should be my final stupid question for now ! How do you fix a timing chain cover that has a crack / hole in it ? (Long story but frustration and throwing tools in confined spaces are the ingredients in this recipe.....) It is big enough to let oil splash out. Do you weld this thing or use some sort of semi-metal finish putty ? Suggestions please for this mechanical goombah ...! Thanks, Mitch.
