7M-GTE and CT26 Turbo

Just a quick question. How does one increase one of these to 12psi?
and if so should i get a copper head gasket as these old engines tend to blow quite easily.
In all respect the 7M-GTE is a torquey and powerfull engine (around 230hp stock) and i read that someone somewhere as had one of these engines up around 700hp by installing a 30psi turbo, no don't get me wrong, how does he keep it reliable with all that power, or is it complete nonsense?
