Hey everyone, i was wondering if anyone could help me out here...
I am going to start a 4agte conversion on my 86 soon (yes, i hav the money and skills to do it), however im not satisfied with the available information on suitable turbos, intercoolers and ecu's. Many people offer up good advice on what worked for them, but fail to mention how much work went into stuffing the cooler behind the front bar (e.g. what need to be cut, moved), wiring and tuning the ecu etc...
With the two other projects my dad and are i are working on (sr20de datsun 1200 ute and a 1966 mustang gt coupe), we've found reliable and very experienced people who have previously been in the same position as us and have offered some very solid advice. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone out there who has done similar work to their sprinter could offer me some good information, or pass me on to the people they've spoken to etc...
I am not in the position where i can spend endless hours modying, cutting and welding just to get the parts to fit, but any information you have would be greatly appreciated.
