hey... i got a 18rgu and just had the head done and all the shims done.. and i still got a lot of overhead noise..yes there is oil in it,, so im guessing the timing chain is loose..i was told there were 3 different types of tensioners for the timing chain.. WHY??? whats the difference.. a little helpful hint pls.. cheers.
