KE35 fuel tank leak Thu, 29 July 2004 08:06 Go to previous message
Hopefully you guys can point me in the right direction,,, 2tgeu is in my sr, it's e.f.i. and i'm running the original tank. Lately i have noticed it's leaking from around the gauge sender unit so i have a couple of ideas.. 1:seal around the area with knead it or similar fuel rsistant sealer and hope it doesn't leak again or 2:replace it with a surge tank or another tank that fits in the space. I don't want to change tanks as i want it to remain as orig as possible inside. Could i relieve the excess pressure in any way??? Thanks in advance
