What will I need to put a 1JZGTE in a GA70???

Well, motor and all those things obviously...but are there any little nitpicky things I may need??
I wont be doing this myself, but I want the mechanic who works on this to do it as quick as possible, so I want all the parts and other things I need to ensure I get it on the road.
I think mechanically, I'll be getting everything, but apparently I need a hydrolic water pump or something for the fan?? and an intercooler. How will a 1JZ run without a cooler as temporary??
Also, will wiring diagrams help my mechanic? Or does everything plug in and is straight forward?
I read that I may get problems with the wiring to my dash...so if I got a JZA70 dash + loom, would that help in not having to mod any wiring to my current one???
Like I said, I want this to be done smoothly and in a very short period so I wanna be prepared and not have to ring my mechanic after 4 weeks and he's saying he's trying to get so and so parts.
I've never done a conversion before so I'm really paranoid about having my car off the road. More so since my mate still has his s13 off the road for a conversion which started in June.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...even if its names of people who have done it...I just hope that its as smooth as putting a 1JZ in a MA70, for some reason I cant think why it wouldnt be the same.
Also, will the back end of my car matter?? I mean it's a single spinner and, I dunno what else...PLEASE HELP!!!
