 Getting a Brake disc machined down inn diameter

hey fells i was just wondering, im in the process of doing a larger brake conversion and like most conversion needs alittle mod for it to fit.
to the point : where can i get the Rotors machined down in diameter? can any brake machinist do this or is it more difficult than it sounds.
anyone know one around whetheril park area or near?
