Water pump cracked !

Hey have to say i would have to be the unluckiest guy on earth. just bought a 86 with a 4AGE (bigport FWD ) and i got it home safely. then my friend came over asking for a ride so i took him for a ride in 5 minutes we here a scratching noise in my engine bay so quickly got home and found the fan has fallen off!!! (plus damaged abit of my radiator). the fan belt didn't snap cause a mate of mine found it down the road. So i got the previous owner to look at it and it appears this little bearing holding the fan has worn out . So i say to my self oh ok thats all hopefully that can be easily fixed. the next day my friend an I removed the water pump cover and found out that has cracked in half!!!!! . so it seems i need a new water pump and a bearing i think to hold the fan. Has anyone encountered this or can anyone help me here!!!! THANKS JoHnNy_K
