KE 30 conversion, help and pain killers needed!

I have a 3t conversion in my KE 30 rolla, but am paranoid of the cops defecting my beast to regency ( i am in adelaide ).
I have devised a plan!!
Remove the 3T motor and T50 gearbox plus mod'd tailshaft.
Replace with a 3K and 3 spd auto and standard tailshaft.
Put the car on LPG with a Gas Research Carb.
Modify an A/C mount to take a 1G blower.
If the problem occur with 3k head remove it and use a 4K head on a 3K bottom end, effectivly and cheaply making it low compression.
What is all your thoughts?
