Spin turn nob....ideas???

im thinking of putting a spin turn nob in my TA22, i have an idea of using a threaded button that you just wind down ot engage it(just like pressing the release button). has anyone got one or any other designs, ive seen ones that just remove the spring but i they warn that the handbrake can suddenly release when parked on steep hills so im not doing it that way.
