Hi All.
At 235k my Bigport 4ag in the NA 2 is close to dead. Bout 4 litres of oil a fortnight.  . And the poor little fella is doing 1000k's a week ATM. So it's gonna cark it any day now.
I'm looking at getting a smallport import motor inc. G/Box and ECU.
Just wanna know if the wiring loom is greatly different from the bigport.
Will I be able to use the same loom and just plug in the 100kw Engine and ECU???
The current set-up is AFM... does the Smallport come in both AFM and MAP versions? I want to keep AFM if possible.
I dont wanna hassle too much... and I don't want to go to 20v or SC or T. I wanna use this car in the Supersprints next year so FI will blow me into a nasty class that I coulndt possibly be competitive in and I really dislike the power delivery [flat torque curve] of the stock 20V's.
Any advice appreciated.
