riceburna73 Forums Junkie Location: Sydney Registered: April 2004	Riceburna's celica #2 Sun, 19 December 2004 23:03 Hey peoples,after looking back on what was a potentially disasterous mission I have celica number 2 well 3 if you count the spare one out the back. Anyways this will be my girlfriends car and my daily driver when I can get it.. The trip from Melbourne ended up taking 16 hours and at one point I was going to leave it in Aulbry and try and sell it there as the oil rings had pretty much gone and it was also showing signs of a blown headgasket,but in true bulletpfoof Toyota style a bit of bushman mechanics and typical lack of thinking or any concept of self preservation from myself I got her back Over the christmas break she will be getting my old mildly worked 2T with the reco gearbox,and new diff centre,I will also put in the RA40 struts and bigger disc breaks off my old one aswell,while this is going on I will introduce my gf to the art of sanding and paint preperation which Im sure she will enjoy Here are some pics,its rusted in all the usual spots,but should look like a million bucks in a month or so..
