AFM and MAP ??

Since the airbox of a silvertop is in the way of the break master cylinder. So might have to get rip of it, or custom make another one.
Is it possible to hoop up a MAP sensor in the silvertop and change that signal to a AFM signal and then give it to the ECU?
Or anyone know how much a custom make airbox will cost?
Is it possible to just pound back a corner in the stock airbox?
