The quality of fuel determines how 'hard' you can tune your car. I really can't tell the difference between 98 Octane Shell Optimax and 98 Octane BP Ultimate. And yes, Optimax is better than any 95 Octane premium fuel. Use it. Also, the Caltex/ Vortex V8 Super car uses Optimax. They all do. It's the control fuel for the whole series.
