4A-GE + Keihin Carbs

Anyone got idea about this setup?
I've found carbs from Kawasaki ZX-9R, 10 000km. Bike is destroyed.
Carbs are keihin G314 AKKL with 40mm inner diameter.
We've calculated that air flow on 900ccm engine on 14k rpm is same as 4a-ge small port on 6,6k rpm so it should be ideal in terms of sizing.
I might try this setup, but the bike-guy says i have to run them with airbox on. Since i would like to run them with trumpets/KN filters is there any problem with that, since these carbs need vacuum to work properly.
PLEASE SOME OPINIONS since it's kinda urgent.
I need to buy or return these babies.
