Yeah it should be, but I guess the main factor it comes down to is frontcut availability & condition. Do you get a better clutch, what fuel system methods you use (surge tank or not), how many seals & belts & bits & pieces on the engine you wanna replace, exhaust system.
Like I said, it depends how many corners you want to cut.
