quick query: size of bolt attaching pulsation dampener to 5ME fuel rail

hi folks,
can anyone advise on the size of the huge nut/bolt-head that attaches the fuel pulsation dampener on the 5ME fuel rail?
it's bigger than 21mm (largest open-ended spanner i own) and the largest i can find at a hardware store (i work in the brisbane CBD so my only choice is a mitre10) is a 22mm.
will this fit? (or have i bought yet another nearly-useless tool)
i was nearly at the point where i attack it with my stilson pipe wrench but the head on it's too fat
