Hi

I posted this up before but for some stupid reason someone decided to moderate it....next time u do plz PM me why....

Im looking at changing my cams and i have been told that u have to re do the shims to factory specs. Whats involved in this? Is it possible to do at home or is it not worth the hastle...

Personally i dont know whats involved so i figured i would ask....

Also how much work is involved in changing the valve stem seals, can it be done at home?

Im looking for ppl who have done this so they can tell me how hard is it to do it for the first time....im going to try it anyway but i just want to know what im geting into

thanx

Adam
