MR2's do this a lot when there is air in the coolant. The coolant temperature sensor get's constantly fluctuating readings and adjusts the idle accordingly.
On the other hand GZE's tend to have a lot of idle issues anyway. Does it do this more when coming to a stop after driving or does it happen just when it has been sitting for a while as well?
