Soarer owners...I need help please

After thinking about 1JZ'ing the Cressida I decided not to and have since sold it for a really attractive price and have decided upon getting a Soarer but not sure what one to get.
I have been looking at V8's and Twin Turbo ones and really like the idea of leather and a TV in the V8 but the power and smoothness of the Twin Turbo. I don't have a huge amount of money to play with and want to keep the car as close to stock as possible (Sice to death of having a modified car).
I was wondering if any of the Soarer owners or friends of Soarer owners can let me know how many K's is a maximum I should go for. I looked at a V8 in GREAT condition with all the options (it was a LTD one with the TV etc) and it had 200,000 k's but was dirt cheap. I am guessing that these cars are well built and the 4 litre engines are apparently bullet proof so they should be able to do 200,000 k's easy. My old VL has done 240,000 and hasn't lost a beat.
Anyway any info would be much appreciated.
