ed_ma61 Forums Junkie Location: Lost in the K hole Registered: May 2002	yep, more injector shit Fri, 31 May 2002 14:38 oright... how importat is it to replace the pintle cap with a new item when refitting injectors?? i took mine off, then read 'dont take them off'... do'h! cant figure ive done any damage really, or have i?? secondly, the rubber bush fitting into the manifold that the injector sits in seems a tad loose. now with an NA engine, that shouldnt matter as we're dealing with negative pressure, but turbo'd application? should it be a more sealed fit? gaket adhesive? ah, friday night, 12.30am, and im playing with fuel injectors... what a life! cheers ed [Report message to a moderator]
