Calling all 2JZGTE experts..
Just finished the install of the 2JZGTE in an MX83 Cressida (see www.projectsleeper.com) and taken it for a couple of small drives (for emissions Testing, and then engineering) - both of which it passed with ease.
Trouble is, it feels very flat and almost breathless. It's got a bit of pick up off the line, but falls away and the second turbo just does not feel like it is boosting.
It doesn't fart or splutter and generally idles OK (although I suspect a injector clean and full service would improve the ocassional drop in idle it seems to suffer every now and again..
It is running the Factory Computer.
I understand it is hard to diagnose something like this via a internet description, but does any one have any suggestions as to what it may be ??
