AE86 with Tokico Short Strokes. Sun, 26 June 2005 11:26 Go to previous message
Ok People, I just had a Great day out, but discovered that the grip limit for my sprinter is nowhere near good enough. I have a whole range of things to start toying with (swaybars, Camber Caster, Tyres etc), but if those out there would feel like sharing the set up on there Tokicos, that will give me a better start point.
Im currently looking for more rear end grip.

Fronts are set half way, (4 turns out)as a start point, as per the instructions. They seem ok for the moment, the rear is causing more concern. Rear was also set 4 turns out, but i thought i had too much "bounce", so i turned them in 1.5 turns. This may have been too much, especially for bumpy mountain roads in the wet.

I doubt this will suddenly fix it all if i get it right, but i gotta start somewhere Very Happy
