[SYD] - ae92 front n rear suspension

hey as it says, i want to buy some suspension, im looking at most brands atm. they gotta fit an ae92 and i want front and rear.
i need springs, i dont want the car so low it scrapes over speed bumps (and gutters  , jks) but i want them to be stiff so i can handle decent.
also wanting to buy shocks, any brands atm aswell.
if there is sum1 out there wif front n rear struts i would also be intrested.
if any of if is slightly used(as in a few weeks/months) is okay, but new is prefered.
