ST165 Warning Chimes Sun, 22 December 2002 12:13 Go to previous message
Hello Members,

I am a very recent member of toymods and would like to say what a good site this is. I hope to be a long running member one day and looking forward to the dyno day in January.

Anyway, a little aboout me or my cars should I say. I have recently privalty imported a GT4 celica (st165) 1986 model. The car was purchased stock with 60 000km on the clock. The car was bought in perfect condition except for clutch. Do date the clutch has not been fixed and the only modifacations made are a set of 17" five spokes.

Anyway I need some help with trying to remove the warning chimes that sound when I travel at a speed over 100km/h. If anyone can help me with disconnecting this annoying feature please let me know. Even if I could adjust the speed I would be happy, but listening to the chimes heading from Sydney to Bisbane for christmas is not going to be fun.

Safe cruzin over the Chritmas period and look forward to seeing you all at the dyno day in January.
