Mon, 23 December 2002 08:37 hi all, I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on a problem we're experiencing with a toyota soarer at work. Here's the problem.... 1.the owner hooked up the battery back to front and tried to jumpstart it. 2. once corrected, wound it over but it wouldn't fire. 3. its switching at the coils (getting power) 4. we have tested the crank-angle sensor at the computer side and getting correct responses from it. 5. sent the computer to be tested and it's ok. 6. signal to the injectors is weak basically, it won't start and we have no information about these vehicles whatsoever. if someone can help out it would be greatly appreciated.
